Returns & Exchanges

We understand that you want your experience with us to be hassle-free. For this reason we offer you the chance to exchange or refund in the event of wrong sizes and incorrect or defective items.

We would like to apologize in advance if any item you received is defective. All of our items are checked for defects before shipping out all items but please forgive us if anything slips through the net.

Returns and Exchange – Active Wear

Active wear condition to be refunded* or exchanged**.

  1. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  2. Merchandise must be in original packaging with all tags and hygiene sticker intact.

Kindly follow 3 simple steps below for a refund* or exchange**

  1. Email us at bonjour@inezactivewear.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) stating your order number and reason for refund* or exchange** Please attach a photo for defective or damaged item(s)
  2. Upon receiving a reply from us, send us back the item(s) with your name, order number and return address.
  3. Once we receive and access the items, we will happily refund or exchange the items for you.

All postage charges are non-refundable.

*Refunds are made only if items are out of stock.

** Exchanges can be made for wrong sizing and defective items.

*** Accessories are only exchangeable if items are damaged upon receiving.

Note: No exchange or refund for sales items unless they’re defective.
